Raphanus sativus. Open Pollinated. The plant produces excellent yields of 16 cm long radishes. They are crispy and mildly pungent. Great for snacking with your favorite beverage.
To reduce the heat, peel off the outer layer of the skin. Cut into thin slices and eat as a delicious snack or grate some for adding to dips and salads. Best planted in summer for fall harvest.
